We offer immaculately clean Lake George hotel rooms, suites and apartments. All guests have access to the heated swimming pool and BBQ grill. We offer special group rates for family reunions and other group events in Lake George. The Lake Haven Lodge and Suites is located on Lake George's main strip, Canada Street, right at the intersection of Canada Street and Route 9N. Just look for the Lake George hotel with all those pretty flowers! You can't miss us!
We are a family run small hotel in Lake George with a short season and we turn down requests for the room we have reserved for you. Because of this we must have the following policies:

Hotel room reservations are commitments for the full period requested. Deposits are security against vacancies. A one night's deposit is required at the time of booking for reservations of four nights or less. Reservations of five nights or more require a deposit equal to one-third of the total cost of the stay. Cancellations require 14 days advance notification. A 20% handling fee will be deducted from all refunds. All sales are final. There will be no refunds for early departures. Rollaway beds are available for an additional $15.00 per night plus tax.

Due to increased costs, we are forced to institute a 4.0% surcharge on all credit or debit card transactions. To avoid paying this surcharge, please pay your balance with cash, postal money order or bank check.
