2021 Rates at the Lake Haven Motel

We are a family run small hotel in Lake George with a short season and we turn down requests for the room we have reserved for you.  Because of this we must have the following cancellation policy:

• Hotel room reservations are commitments for the full period requested. Deposits are security against vacancies.  A one night's deposit is required at the time of booking.  Cancellations require 10 days advance notification. Deposits may be refunded if the room is re-rented and no loss is incurred by Lake Haven  Motel.  In the event of an early departure, a refund will be made for the remaining part of the reservation provided your room is re-rented and  there is no loss incurred by Lake Haven Motel. A 20% handling fee will be deducted from all refunds.
   

• Room rates are based on a two person occupancy.  There is no charge for children under the age of 16 using the existing hotel room bedding. Add $10.00 per night per each additional adult over the age of 16.  Rollaway beds are available for an additional $15.00 per night plus tax.
   

• When two rates are shown, the higher rate is for Friday and Saturday night stay overs.
   

• All rates are subject to change without notice and minimum stay may be required.
