Our
immaculately-kept rooms have been recently remodeled and
are furnished with a table and chairs, refrigerator,
cable TV, telephone, with free local calls, heat, air
conditioning and a clock radio. The artwork is of Lake
George and the surrounding Adirondacks and provided by a
local photographer. DVD – VCR players, cribs, cots and
irons are available upon request. Microwave ovens are
available for a small fee and in some rooms are part of
the standard furnishings. The office microwave oven is
always available to our guests.

This is a first floor, poolside room with two
double beds and a private porch. Two double bed
rooms are available on the first or second
floor, poolside or non-poolside. Some of these
rooms are connecting.

Deposit &
Cancellation Policy
We are a family run small
business with a short season and we turn down requests
for the room we have reserved for you. Because of this
we must have the following cancellation policy:

Reservations are
commitments for the full period requested. Deposits
are security against vacancies. A deposit of one
night stay is required to reserve a room. A credit
card number can be held until your arrival or a
personal check can be mailed in 10 days prior to
your arrival.

All Cancellations
require 10 days advance notification. Deposits will
be refunded if the room is re-rented and no loss is
incurred by Lake Haven Motel.

If you leave before
completion of the reservation period, a refund will
be made for the remaining part of the reservation
provided your room is re-rented and there is no loss
incurred by Lake Haven Motel.

A 20% handling fee
will be deducted from all refunds.

Room rates are
based on a two person occupancy, no charge for
children under the age of 16.

Holidays and
special event rates maybe slightly higher. Rates are
subject to change.
